Europe Marketing Operation & Assets creation Specialist: Responsibilities & Duties
Marketing Operations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the European market to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights within the digital marketing landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources to various campaigns and projects.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize future efforts.
Content & Asset Management
- Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of marketing content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Proofread and edit marketing assets, including copy, graphics, videos, and other digital content, to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
- Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, and websites.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance campaign workflows and processes.
- Ensure all campaigns are optimized for maximum reach and engagement, leveraging A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and nurture leads through the marketing funnel.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate regular reports on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth within the European market.
- Present findings to key stakeholders, including senior management, to inform strategic decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with regional marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment in marketing efforts across different markets.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices for marketing operations and asset management.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
