Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Advertising & Promotions

  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Community Management

Crisis Management

  • Develop and implement crisis management strategies to handle potential negative publicity or issues.
  • Monitor social media channels for any signs of issues and address them promptly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and artist management, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall marketing strategies.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure that all social media activities adhere to relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Liaise with Group CRM Team

  • Conduct regular meetings with the CRM team to align social media strategies with CRM data and insights.
  • Collaborate on integrated campaigns that leverage both social media and CRM tools.
