Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance artist and label brand awareness and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with artists and their management teams to understand their goals and translate them into actionable social media plans.
Content Creation & Management
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
- Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a positive online community.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Generate regular reports detailing key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights.
- Use data to refine strategies and improve future social media efforts.
Advertising & Promotions
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and analysis.
- Manage budgets for social media ad campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Community Management
- Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop strategies to grow and maintain an active and positive community.

Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing goals.
- Provide training and support to artists and their teams on social media best practices and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Crisis Management
- Develop and implement crisis management strategies to handle potential negative publicity or issues.
- Monitor social media channels for any signs of issues and address them promptly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and artist management, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall marketing strategies.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure that all social media activities adhere to relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Liaise with Group CRM Team
- Conduct regular meetings with the CRM team to align social media strategies with CRM data and insights.
- Collaborate on integrated campaigns that leverage both social media and CRM tools.
